Duties

• Defend construction defect and commercial litigation cases

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Handle court hearings and proceedings

• Take and defend depositions independently

• Collaborate with team members on case strategies and client communication

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction defect defense or commercial litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage hearings and depositions with minimal supervision

• Strong litigation and case management skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Excellent academic credentials required

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
