Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research across multiple practice areas
• Draft a variety of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable outcomes in both transactional matters and dispute resolutions
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies tailored to their unique circumstances
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings as needed
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments
• Ensure all legal work aligns with ethical standards and reflects a high level of professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering legal advice and conducting in-depth legal research
• Strong ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Experience in litigation, including trial advocacy, is highly desirable
• Eagerness to build long-term client relationships through trust and dependable legal counsel

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Missouri
