Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney in St. Louis, Missouri, with a minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation. Duties

  • Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including appeals.

  • Oversee the discovery process and appear for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Argue motions in court and perform additional related tasks.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Prior courtroom experience is preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed attorney in the state of Missouri.
