Duties:

  • Represent clients in various family law matters, including complex divorce litigation, Collaborative divorce, APR, Dependency and Neglect, domestic relations appeals, and more.
  • Manage a dedicated caseload, providing high-level legal support to Partners.
  • Conduct client intake and retention processes.
  • Maintain appropriate continuing legal education to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to newer attorneys and staff.
  • Contribute to the firm's reputation in the community through active participation in legal events and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to public service and the advancement of the legal profession.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Family Law, with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado.
