Duties

• Handle initial client consultations and develop case strategies.
• Manage all aspects of family law cases, including trials and post-judgment work.

• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
• Maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law.
• Extensive experience in divorce, custody, and support matters.
• Knowledge of Colorado family law statutes and local court rules.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• First chair trial experience in family law cases preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Colorado Bar License.
