Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Patent Agent.
• Expertise in bioengineering, computer science, or related fields preferred.
• Strong academic credentials required.
• Admitted to practice before the USPTO.

Education

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, bioengineering, or computer science strongly preferred.

Certifications

• USPTO admission required.
