Duties

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings and engaging in discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and handle trials.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Experience in real estate, shareholder disputes, employment, contract disputes, or intellectual property litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience drafting and arguing summary judgment and limine motions.
• Ability to manage discovery stages independently.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Admission in New Jersey required; admission in Pennsylvania or New York is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications
