General Liability Partner

Job Overview:
An established national law firm is seeking a General Liability Partner to join its California team. The firm does not require a "book" of business to qualify for equity partnership, and provides marketing support to help attorneys build their practices. Location:

• San Francisco, CA

Duties:

• Manage and oversee general liability cases from start to finish.
• Maintain and develop client and carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver effective legal solutions.
• Meet a billable hours requirement of 1800 hours per year.
• Participate in firm leadership and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction.
• Provide mentorship to junior attorneys.
• Represent the firm in various legal proceedings and conferences.

Requirements:

• Partner-level experience in general liability law.
• Proven ability to manage case files and client relationships independently.
• Experience in litigation and legal strategy.
• Excellent references and a stable work history.
• Member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (required).

• Strong experience in general liability litigation.
