Job Overview:

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of complex injury cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, paralysis, amputations, burns, or wrongful death.

• Strategize case development through detailed legal analysis, witness interviews, expert engagement, and thorough discovery.

• Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys on deposition preparation, motion practice, and courtroom strategy.

• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and legal briefs reflecting deep case understanding and legal insight.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing consistent updates and strategic guidance throughout the legal process.

• Engage in negotiations, mediations, and advocacy proceedings to pursue favorable resolutions.

• Participate in internal case conferences and brainstorming sessions to enhance litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Arizona.

• At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in high-stakes personal injury, medical negligence, or product defect cases.

• Demonstrated ability to manage emotionally sensitive, medically complex legal matters.

• Skilled in trial preparation, legal research, expert coordination, and discovery.
