Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage probate administration processes from start to finish.

  • Provide expert legal advice related to estate settlements, fiduciary duties, and the distribution of assets.

  • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients, executors, and beneficiaries.

  • Draft and review essential probate documents including pleadings, inventories, and accountings.

  • Assist in trust administration and related legal matters.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest probate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure clients receive the most accurate legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate law.

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.

  • Proven ability to provide clear, compassionate, and client-focused legal counsel.

  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities.

  • Capacity to independently manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
