Technology Specialist (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)

Wilmington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks technology specialist (electrical engineering, computer science) with 1-4 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate will draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures. Will correspond with the patent office about pending patent applications. Advise patent litigation teams based on their own technical and scientific area of expertise. Interview inventors about new ideas. Must have a strong background in either computer science or electrical engineering and experience in one or more of the following technologies: machine learning, quantum computing, AI, blockchain, computer vision, or telecommunications. Must have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Should preferably be registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office.
