Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join its Finance & Transactions team in Dallas, TX. Duties

  • Experience with private equity/sponsor clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and growth equity.
  • Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, Texas.

Education

  • J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
