Job Overview

A law firm seeks a high-performing litigation associate to join their Princeton, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in handling complex commercial disputes within a law firm setting. A strong understanding of litigation practice in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey is essential.

Duties

• Handle complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
