Requirements:

  • Active license and good standing with the Connecticut Bar

  • Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, with a focus on personal injury; familiarity with workers’ compensation preferred

  • Exposure to general law firm operations is advantageous

  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex legal scenarios and draw sound conclusions

  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse client interactions
