Duties

• Perform research on case law and gather relevant evidence.
• Serve as legal counsel at hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions.
• Arrange and settle agreements on clients' behalf when appropriate.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters.
• Oversee case files from beginning to end.
• Maintain updated documentation in the case management system.
• Assess potential claims and provide legal advice to clients.
• Review, modify, and draft various legal documents.

Requirements

• State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law.
• Requires a bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree.
• Computer proficiency is essential.
• Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
