Job Overview

A law firm seeks a seasoned healthcare lawyer in Washington, DC, with expertise in healthcare regulatory compliance and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising on healthcare regulations, evaluating risks in healthcare transactions, and negotiating related documents.

Duties

  • Provide healthcare regulatory compliance counseling and advice.
  • Evaluate risks in healthcare transactions and negotiate transactional documents.
  • Advise on healthcare corporate governance and organizational structure.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving healthcare structures such as IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively in oral and written form.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and an action-oriented approach.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field.
  • Experience with an AmLaw 100 firm.

Education

  • J.D. from a top-tier law school.
