Duties

• Conduct research and draft legal documents.
• Respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings and mediations.
• Prepare for and attend trials.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and diligent approach.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Florida state court.
• Florida federal court admission preferred.

Skills

• Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) is strongly preferred.
