Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Commercial Litigation Trial Associate for its Miami, Florida office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients across various industries nationwide.

Duties

• Engage in commercial litigation and arbitration, including trials and final hearings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Develop and implement creative litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration.
• Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills.
• Self-starter with a penchant for sophisticated casework.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Graduated from a top-tier law school or ranked at the top of the class.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission or eligibility.

Skills

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Interest in international disputes is a plus.
• Federal clerkship experience is advantageous.
