Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using platforms such as Lexis to support case strategy

• Draft litigation documents including motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Manage discovery processes and review relevant documents

• Participate in and conduct jury trials

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

• Assist in case strategy development and client advisement

Requirements

• 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting

• Experience with Lexis legal research tools preferred

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Client-focused approach with the ability to manage caseloads efficiently

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
