Job Overview

Duties

• Draft and argue motions effectively.
• Take and defend depositions with confidence.
• Prepare thoroughly for trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining independence.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of three years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Alaska State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Admission to the Alaska State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
