Litigation Attorney - Consumer Financial Services

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid or fully remote arrangement, based in New York, New York. This role involves working with the Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group, representing clients in consumer financial services and products cases. The position offers the opportunity to engage with clients from case inception to resolution, work independently, and develop litigation skills.

Duties

• Draft pleadings and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with the Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group.
• Engage with clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in New York; NJ and/or CT bar admissions are a plus.
• Experience in consumer finance-related litigation is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York.
