Senior Labor and Employment Attorney

The Woodlands office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior labor and employment attorney with experience. The candidate will be responding to written discovery and administrative charges, managing e-discovery, briefing dis positive motions, examining witnesses at trial or in arbitration, conducting mediation and settlement conferences, and drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, employment policies and separation and release agreements. Should have mid or large law firm experience in labor and employment related matters. Must bring with them a portable book of business.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. Must be an excellent writer with finely honed analytical skills, able to handle multiple matters with independence and sound judgment, and able to work effectively and efficiently with other attorneys of the firm.
