Requirements

  • Familiarity with case management software like Filevine and Lead Docket.
  • 3-5 years of experience in personal injury cases.
  • Experience in a small to medium-sized law firm preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Active licensure to practice law in Tennessee, in good standing.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in client advocacy and settlement negotiations.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Willingness to travel for legal hearings.
  • Bar admission in additional states preferred.
