Duties:

  • Represent clients in hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges.
  • Answer client questions and guide disability claims.
  • Review and develop pre-hearing and hearing-level cases.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pre-hearing brief memorandums.
  • Draft appeals council briefs.
  • Maintain regular client contact via telephone, in-person meetings, mail, and email.

Requirements:

  • Attorney License.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Oral and Written.
  • Excellent Legal Writing Skills.
  • Ability to Travel to and from Hearings in Other Cities and States Up to 70% of the Time.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
