Duties

• Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement case strategies.
• Conduct discovery and depositions.
• Coordinate with experts and engage in law and motion practice.
• Prepare for trials and attend mediations.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Proven ability to handle cases independently.
• Experience with general liability, construction, and commercial disputes.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for successful outcomes.
• Experience overseeing junior associates preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of Colorado.
