A law firm seeks an Immigration Attorney specializing in Consular Processing in Los Angeles, CA. Duties

• Manage workload of consular processing and waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, and K-Visa.
• Prepare clients for consulate interviews.
• Represent clients before USCIS.
• Review immigration applications and packets.
• Oversee a team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations.
• Provide legal analysis to determine case benefits.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Law.
• Ability to work collaboratively and strategize with fellow associates.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Experience with consular processing applications and waivers.
• Familiarity with case management software preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law.
