Duties

  • Lead by example in immigration law and ethical practice.

  • Identify legal issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Advise, research, and draft legal documents for court defense.

Requirements

  • Active member in good standing of the Bar.
  • 5+ years of immigration law experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar membership in good standing.
