Duties

• Handle litigation across various practice areas, including commercial, employment, healthcare, and pre-suit disputes.
• Provide legal analysis, advice, and support to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice for case progression.
• Represent clients in court, at depositions, and hearings.
• Manage cases from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and staff.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial, employment, healthcare, and pre-suit disputes.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Prior experience in a law firm environment is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality client service.
• Ability to handle complex litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to legal work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
