Job Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to connect with prospective clients dealing with significant legal issues such as catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or workplace discrimination. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to assess potential claims and guide individuals through the initial legal process with empathy and professionalism.

Duties:

• Evaluate and assess the legal merit of incoming inquiries related to personal injury and employment claims

• Effectively communicate the firm’s value and build client trust during the intake process

• Facilitate signing of new clients, including remote or in-person meetings as needed

• Guide prospective clients through each stage of the intake process and respond to inquiries

• Be available during evenings and weekends for client consultations

• Travel to various locations to meet and sign clients when necessary

• Maintain timely and professional communication with potential clients regarding case status and expectations

Requirements:

• Active license in good standing with the California State Bar

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment litigation

• Proven ability to manage client expectations while building trust and engagement

• Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation workflows in both PI and employment matters

• Demonstrated track record in converting inquiries into signed clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• California State Bar membership required

Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred

• High emotional intelligence and persuasive communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Client-focused mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Effective at handling sensitive conversations with compassion and confidence
