Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, and conducting prior art searches in fields such as electrical/mechanical engineering, medical devices, and artificial intelligence.

Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Respond to office actions efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of legal opinions.
• Conduct thorough prior art searches.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Patent Agent.
• Expertise in bioengineering, computer science, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials required.
• Admitted to practice before the USPTO.

Education

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, bioengineering, or computer science preferred.

Certifications

• USPTO admission required.
