Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Delaware State Bar and in good standing.
• 1-5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of Delaware real estate laws and procedures.
• Experience in Sussex, Kent, and New Castle County real estate transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware State Bar.
