Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Location:

• Santa Ana, CA

Duties:

• Independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Take and defend depositions

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and possibly trials

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case planning

• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

• 1–10 years of experience in civil litigation

• Demonstrated experience in personal injury defense, insurance defense, or premises liability matters

• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Commitment to client service and proactive case management

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
