Associate Attorney

Duties

• Act as general counsel for community associations in litigation, fair housing, and business transactions.
• Conduct legal research and produce clear analyses for clients.
• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including motion practice and discovery.
• Prepare correspondence for clients, opposing parties, and the court.
• Collaborate closely with staff and attorneys.
• Adapt to multiple and changing priorities.
