Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced FDA regulatory associate to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Group in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience advising clients on FDA regulatory matters, including transactional matters involving FDA-regulated entities.

Duties

• Advise clients on FDA regulatory matters, including product development and clinical trials.
• Assist in transactional matters involving FDA-regulated entities.
• Collaborate with government regulators throughout the FDA-regulated product life cycle.
• Draft and negotiate service agreements and other contractual documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in FDA regulatory matters.
• Experience with product development, clinical trials, and marketing preferred.
• Outstanding writing skills.
• Desire to work in a dynamic and diverse practice area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
