Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel associate attorney to join its Technology Transactions and Privacy practice in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant areas and a strong academic background.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate licensing and technology agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property issues.
• Support M&A and financing transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working at an AmLaw 50 law firm.
• Subject matter expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, AI, blockchain, financial technologies, and related areas.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
