Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its team in Dallas, Texas. This role offers an opportunity for an attorney to develop their practice under the guidance of experienced partners in a supportive, hybrid work environment.

Duties

• Handle cases independently, including trial and arbitration.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and manage discovery.
• Draft and argue motions effectively.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations and trials.
• Address discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues.

Requirements

• Admission to the Texas Bar.
• Experience in litigation matters.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas Bar admission.
