Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney with expertise in both transactional law and business litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on business transactions, entity formation, and regulatory compliance, along with experience in structuring and negotiating complex legal agreements.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on business transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and succession planning.
• Advise clients on entity selection and structuring, tax matters, partnership agreements, employment issues, and more.
• Draft and negotiate various business contracts, such as buy/sell agreements, stockholder agreements, management agreements, and employment contracts.
• Assist with regulatory approvals and ensure clients remain compliant with applicable laws.
• Guide clients through the negotiation and structuring of real estate transactions, both commercial and residential.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, as well as independent contractor and service agreements.
• Provide strategic advice on asset protection, estate planning, and related legal matters.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in business law, with a focus on transactional and litigation matters.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal documents and negotiations with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Nevada.
• Additional certifications such as CPA or LL.M. in taxation are a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
