Estate, Tax & Business Law Attorney

A law firm seeks an attorney experienced in estate planning, tax compliance, and corporate matters to join its team in Henderson, NV. This hybrid position combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work.

Duties

• Advise clients on wealth-transfer strategies, trust formation, and probate procedures

• Draft and review complex planning instruments, corporate agreements, and transactional documents

• Conduct in-depth legal research on federal and state tax statutes and regulatory developments

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to structure business formations, mergers, and asset protection plans

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and administrative hearings as needed

• Manage a diverse docket of matters, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar

• Demonstrated knowledge of estate, tax, and corporate law frameworks

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines

• Comfort liaising with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and fiduciaries

• Strong judgment in interpreting statutes and crafting practical legal solutions

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., finance, business, political science)

Certifications

• License to practice law in the State of Nevada
