Duties:

• Assist in all stages of litigation involving health care liability and medical malpractice defense

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda

• Handle discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories

• Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

• Attend court hearings, pre-trial conferences, and trials as needed

• Manage caseload independently with appropriate supervision

• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and co-counsel

Requirements:

• Experience in civil litigation or healthcare law preferred

• Familiarity with medical records and healthcare litigation concepts

• Demonstrated interest in trial work and professional development

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• A steady and consistent employment history is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (in good standing)
