Location

Duties

  • Represent clients in medical malpractice litigation matters from inception to resolution

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda

  • Manage discovery, including depositions and document production

  • Collaborate with medical experts, clients, and senior attorneys

  • Participate in court appearances, hearings, and trial preparation

  • Communicate regularly with clients and provide strategic legal counsel

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a mid-size or large law firm

  • Prior experience in medical malpractice litigation strongly preferred

  • Ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar
