Duties

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Active member in good standing of a state bar.
  • 3+ years of experience in an immigration law firm.
  • Experience with humanitarian and family-based visa applications preferred.
  • Advocacy-focused approach to client representation.
  • Innovative mindset for improving operations and processes.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and legal guidance.

Education

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
