Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Immigration Attorney in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Duties

Requirements

  • Experience in immigration law.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the United States.
