Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with emerging growth companies.
• Strong understanding of venture capital and growth equity financing.
• Experience with public offerings and M&A transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
