Duties

  • Manage structured securities offerings for investment funds.
  • Represent public and private real estate companies in transactions.
  • Handle acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
  • Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and business judgment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
