The firm specializes in plaintiff personal injury cases and is looking for an attorney with at least one year of experience in this practice area. Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including litigation, settlements, and trial preparation.
• Manage a caseload of cases from inception through resolution.
• Provide expert legal counsel and ensure client’s needs and goals are met.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare court filings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends, statutes, and case law.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on plaintiff personal injury.
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona and good standing.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and legal excellence.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required.

Certifications:

• Active Arizona Bar license required.
