Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Lateral Associate with 3-5 years of experience in M&A, infrastructure, and project finance to join their infrastructure M&A practice in New York. The successful candidate will advise clients on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, renewables, and transportation.

Duties

  • Advise clients on complex acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  • Lead and support the execution of infrastructure M&A and project-financing transactions.
  • Manage transactions from bid-process through closing across sectors.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, infrastructure, and project finance.
  • Experience advising sponsors, project developers, and infrastructure owners/operators.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
