Duties

• Advise private equity firms and portfolio companies on complex transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements.
• Manage day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
• Handle management equity arrangements and co-investment terms.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials.
• Minimum of five years of experience in private equity and M&A transactions.
• Texas bar admission or eligibility to become admitted in Texas.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
