  • Strong legal research skills using platforms like Westlaw or LexisNexis.
  • Proven negotiation skills with opposing counsel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California and a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • Admitted in all 4 U.S. District Courts in California.
