Duties

• Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers.
• Serve as legal counsel at hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions.
• Negotiate agreements and settlements on behalf of clients.
• Draft and review legal documents including demand letters, pleadings, and motions.
• Oversee personal injury case files from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience.
• Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law.
