Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft litigation pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong academic background.
• West Virginia bar license or eligibility for admission within one year.
• Ohio and Pennsylvania bar licenses preferred or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw.
• Ability to work daily in the Weirton, WV office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar license in West Virginia (or pending admission).
